We have a NO REFUND policy.

Your order is taken into consideration only after payment through our portal www.arebwheels.com

And amount once paid by you for the purchase of any product is NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CISRCUMSTANCES.

In case of damage, your e-mail regarding the same, MUST reach to us JUST ON the date of delivery.

Any E-mail communication made to us, AFTER the date of delivery of your order, will NOT be entertained under any circumstances. Hence NO RETRUN request in this regard, shall be entertained.

In case you receive your order in damaged condition** on the date of delivery, you may write to us on that same day, at customersupport@arebwheels.com with your

2.     Clear Image of the Invoice

3.     Proper video of the damaged area (just-after unboxing)

4.     Clear images of the damaged areas (just-after unboxing)

 

Upon Checking the genuineness of your case and to our satisfaction of the matter of your email sent to us, a NEW REPLACEMENT, may be issued to your delivery location at no cost.

Here ‘**damaged condition’ means a major problem on the product which makes it non-usable. ‘Damage’ doesn’t mean minor changes in your product which doesn’t make it non-usable.

We ensure that your order is packed with utmost care and craft, but in case of minor scratches, cuts, tiny discolouring spots and such minor issues on the product, if any, in due course of packing, loading & unloading of your ordered item, please NOTE that, RETURN request shall NOT be entertained in any case.
