www.arebwheels.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time-frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest time frame, we ship through reputed courier agencies.
Is there any delivery charges for my order?
- Yes.
Shipping Charges shall be chargeable as applicable, as there is no fixed shipping rate for an order. It varies as per the weight, dimension, delivery distance and the courier agency.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. However in case there are few areas which confine to the remotest parts of villages, the delivery time may be longer. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Therefore, kindly mention your delivery address correctly.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
We have a NO RETURN, NO REFUND policy.
However in case you found the product to be damaged on-spot of delivery or right after unboxing, you can write to us at customersupport@arebwheels.com
In case of damage, your e-mail regarding the same, MUST reach to us JUST ON the date of delivery.
Any E-mail communication made to us, AFTER the date of delivery of your order, will NOT be entertained under any circumstances. Hence NO RETRUN request in this regard, shall be entertained.
You MUST send us the email on-spot of delivery on the delivery date and Your E-Mail MUST include the following details.
Your email MUST include the following
1. Your Order ID
2. Clear Image of the Invoice
3. Proper video of the damaged area (just-after unboxing)
4. Clear images of the damaged areas (just-after unboxing)
Here ‘damage’ means a major problem on the product which makes it unusable for you. ‘Damage’ doesn’t mean minor changes in your product which doesn’t make it unusable.
We ensure that your order is packed with utmost care and craft, but in case of minor scratches, cuts, tiny discoloring spots and such minor issues on the product, if any, in due course of packing, loading & unloading of your ordered item, please NOTE that, RETURN request shall NOT be entertained in any case.
However, considering the genuineness of the matter and to the satisfaction of the management of your email, videos and images of the damage, a NEW REPLACEMENT, may, at the sole discretion of management, be issued to your delivery location at no cost.
Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. In case, the original product tag and packing is missing or deformed or destroyed, your request for RETURN will NOT be entertained under any circumstances.
